Delivery Information

 UK Orders

All goods delivered to the UK (including Channel Islands) are sent either Hermes or Royal Mail 48 which is not a a tracked service. The delivery options are:

Up to 1800g Standard shipping (Royal Mail 48 not tracked)  : £3

Up tp 1800g Royal Mail 24 (Not tracked ) : £5.50

Up to 1kg - ​Hermes fully tracked 2-4 days :  £3.62 

1kg - 2kg - Hermes fully tracked 2- 4 days : £4.92

2kg - 5kg - Hermes fully tracked 2 - 4 days : £6.71

FREE shipping on orders over £25 (orders under 1800g will be sent Royal mail 48 and orders over 1800g will be sent via Hermes 2-4 days)

Most orders are dispatched within 1 working day, however, it may take an extra day or so to dispatch your order during busy periods. 

Please note that these orders can be sent to all UK postcodes (including Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands). For high value orders, or large orders I will use a courier service to send your goods. If you require your items urgently, please contact me via email yarn@lincolnwoolpack.co.uk and an alternative delivery option can be arranged.

Please note:All delivery dates are estimates and I cannot be held responsible for delays in deliveries caused by Royal Mail or Hermes.

International Shipping

Your shipping rate will be calculated at check out and will differ from Country to Country.

All International orders will be shipped via Royal Mail. There is a choice of 2 shipping options:

International Standard delivery: This will take approximately 3-5 working days to arrive to Europe and 5-7 working days for the rest of the world.

International Economy delivery:  Is a budget service where you don't need an your order to arrive in a Hurry. It aims to deliver to:

  • Western Europe in up to 2 weeks
  • Eastern Europe in up to 5 weeks
  • North America in up to 6 weeks
  • South America, Africa and Asia in up to 8 weeks
  • Australia in up to 12 weeks

At checkout if your order exceeds 2kg (including yarn weight and packaging) there will be no shipping options. Please contact me if your order goes over 2kg. You can contact me at yarn@lincolnwoolpack.co.uk and I can provide you with a quote. 

If your country doesn't show any shipping options at checkout please get in touch. Let me know what products you would like and I can get you a quote.  There is also an option to choose a tracked service. Some countries do not support a tracked service but a signed for option will be used instead.

Currency

All prices on the website are in Pounds Sterling. When placing an order for delivery outside of the UK, you will be charged in Pounds Sterling, and your credit card company or bank will convert the amount into your local currency (e.g. Euros, Dollars, etc). For an idea of the cost in your local currency you can use the currency converter at the top right of the page. (Please be aware that this should be used as a guide only as the final price you are charged by your bank or credit card provider may not be the amount you are charged)

Import Duties and Taxes

You may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once a package reaches your country. Any local duties, taxes or customs charges assessed by your government are your responsibility. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note, customs policies vary widely from country to country. Charges for customs clearance and import duties must be borne by you; we have absolutely no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information prior to placing your order. Please also note, international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - TAX CHARGES:

Orders sent to the UK include VAT where applicable. Orders sent outside of the UK are VAT free.
